Where are the documents, where are the those pre demo documents…… why aren’t they there .. and whose job was it to make sure things were done properly

It seems that there wasn’t any interest by anyone to get to the bottom of why this happened, even our local media or indeed any of the Channel Five .. just covered what happened. no investigation there…… .

Have Permits been pulled, where are we on inspections, have the environmental licenses been pulled, is there any toxicity on the site the City of Lorain should know about?
Mr Upton apparently lied to Mrs Springowki in that email dated APRIL 26TH 2021 because 27 days ( almost a month earlier ) Richard Klinar the Chief Building Inspector slapped a stop work order on the site for the very issue Mrs. Springowski was questioning.

NOBODY DID ANYTHING , NOBODY SAID ANYTHING NOT CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS, THE AMINISTRATION , CivilService Commsion ( who had already run foul of Upton’s wrath see part one and the spy ring and the Upton threat in that letter.

NO ONE DID ANYTHING or investigated anything UNTIL incensed I asked for Public Records Requests and the whole sorry story then unfolded ……… was written about askeD about by me … NOTHING. No-one investigated …NO-ONE FOLLWEDTHROUGH ..WHY??
